0B THEORY: Introduction to Molecular Modeling

This quiz is meant to assess your ability to build molecular models using WebMO. By answering these questions, you will learn to perform geometry optimizations and analyze the results, including the measurement of bond lengths, bond angles and partial charges. Just as professional theoretical chemists, we will use molecular modeling throughout the semester to visual the 3-dimensional structure of organic molecules, and use our models to make predictions on how the molecules will react and behave.
