Video: About Learning Ally

Learning Ally (formerly Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic) is  non-profit audiobook service designed for students who have difficulty reading traditional printed text.

The audiobooks provided through Learning Ally often have human readers and texts are recorded by volunteers in recording studios across the country.

Learning Ally has a huge number of books, but they do not always have current editions of textbooks, so if you choose Learning Ally, you may need to adjust to using an older edition of a textbook which may have different page numbers or chapter headings than the most updated textbook.

After meeting with the Alternate Media Specialist, you will be enrolled in Learning Ally and assigned a user name and password.
