How do I sign?
- On your computer: The forms are all fillable .pdfs and you may be able to fill them out and sign them on your computer, then save them..
- On your phone: Fill out the form, then take a screenshot, edit the photo and use the pencil to sign. Then, convert the photo to .pdf (see below).
- On paper: Print the forms, fill them out with a pen, then scan them to .pdf.
- By email: If the other options do not work, you can send the forms to us by email with a typed signature or without a signature and write in the email “This email serves as my signature on the attached documents.”
How do I scan to .pdf?
- iPhone: Use the “Notes” App, start a new note, click the camera, click Scan Documents (use the circles to straighten or cropit), click Keep Scan, click Save, click Done, click the circle in the top right with 3 dots, choose Send a Copy, choose your email, and send it.
- Android: Take a photo. Go to the photo and open the Print option from an app’s menu, then select Save as PDF from the Save to or Printer menu. Or, go to your Photo Gallery, click on the 3 dots at the top right, choose Print. From the available printers, select Save as PDF. You can select options for paper orientation (portrait, landscape), size, etc. Then click Save to and choose the desired location such as Google Drive. From Google Drive, click the 3 dots at the top right, and select Send a Copy, choose your Email, and send it.
