Captions

Note:  Captions take a little time to generate. Upload your audio file and come back in a few minutes to review the captions.

  1. Open your recording in Canvas Studio.
  2. Select Captions. Click on the three dots.
  3. Review and edit the captions. Once you are finished, click on Publish to save and publish.

Transcript

  1. Open your recording in Canvas Studio.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner. Select Download Transcript. The transcript will download as a simple Notepad file.
  3. Open the Notepad file and copy the text. Paste the text into Google Docs. Review and edit for clarity.
