The Employment and Internship Offices Links to an external site. provide students and alumni access and support for seeking professional experience.  In addition, students can also attend and participate in multiple on-campus and off-campus hiring events and job fairs. The Center provides hands-on career development and preparation services, including:

• We post on & off-campus jobs/internships (paid)
• There are over 600 on-campus student assistant jobs each year
• Students and/or Alumni can use the job board for free

Job Fairs 

• Cabrillo hosts a variety of job and internship fairs throughout the year.
• These events can take place either on or off campus or in a virtual format.
• Upcoming events are posted on the Career Services Events Calendar. Links to an external site.
• Workshops are hosted to prepare for all upcoming job fairs.

Internship Opportunities Links to an external site. 

• Internships allow students to develop and apply skills and competencies in a professional setting in preparation for transitioning into the workforce. 
• We provide individualized advising in preparing and searching for internships.
• You can earn academic credit while employed or at an internship.
• Internships can be paid or unpaid.
