3. How to run Budget Reports: Self-Service Tools

In this module you will learn to run a budget report using a filter in the Colleague Self-Service Financial Management Module.

1.  Log on to Colleague Self-Service Financial Management Overview:  https://success.cabrillo.edu/student Links to an external site.

• The ID that you'll use to sign into Self Service is your 7-digit College ID, sometimes referred to as their Colleague ID, Datatel ID, or Student ID. They're all the same! 

• If you have never signed in before, please go to WebAdvisor Links to an external site. to set a new password. By default, your initial password is your birth date in MMDDYY format.

• If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the I forgot My Password link.
