What is OneSearch?

OneSearch Links to an external site. is a tool that allows you to search many of the Library’s databases, books, and selected free web sources, at the same time.

Why use OneSearch?

OneSearch works well when you want to access a wide variety of sources at once, and is a good tool when starting your research. Be prepared to use the limit function in order to focus the large results list.

When to Use OneSearch

Using OneSearch is convenient, but like Google, rather overwhelming at first. You will need to sort through, limit, and edit your results to understand what, where, and how relevant your sources are.

SuperSearch has icons to indicate the different source types. Look for these to the left of your search results.
